History and Humble Beginnings
Nalla Training & Consulting knows the power of knowledge in the service industry. Having over 20 years of experience we have had the privilege of building training teams. We founded ourselves upon recognizing there was a need for our staff members to have consistent knowledge of serving food and alcohol to patrons. Serving safe food, not serving minors alcohol and providing immediate assistance at their establishments are our primary goals. Training is our passion and we take pride in teaching you the right way. You and your team will feel confident while delivering your guests the best possible service.

Angela Le Grand, General Manager at a Staybridge Suites hotel started Nalla Training. Angela took the TIPS, ServSafe. & First Aid/CPR/AED (Adult & Infant) training herself. After taking the classes she realized that her team members at the hotel needed to have the same training. The material that was learned helped empower her team and was used to take better care of her guests. Since taking care of her own team; other hotels in her region started contacting Nalla Training & Consulting to come and deliver the training. Offering these training's to other individuals and companies has brought a great sense of joy and passion to Angela as she loves what she does.

TIPS can be used within hotels, restaurants, casinos, universities and for offsite events as well.
